Job Description:
1. Manage the access requests and rights of Sales force for the global population of the BU.

2. Act as a main interface between the business and the IT support team, opening and following up support requests and change requests.

3. Collect requirements from the business and prepare Salesforce Dashboards and Reports in order to enable the users to follow up sales pipeline and sales processes implementation.

4. Prepare and automatize the relevant templates and excel tools used during M&S reviews, support the BU M&S by collecting and consolidating data from the various stakeholders involved.

5. Act as main interface for the Sales BI development, provide to BU M&S the main analytics from Sales BI and define new reports or enhancements, by collecting requirements among the business users, of the existing ones in collaboration with the Sales BI team.

6. Provide the relevant market data and information to the BU M&S and GPGs, prepare the monthly BU PGGI M&S cockpit by collecting information and data from various sources.

7. Collect and consolidate data and documents for the M&S review cycle.

8. Manage MS SharePoint.

9. Support on preparing relevant documents and analysis for ad hoc requests.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
1. Candidates holding any Graduation Degree or MBA in Marketing / Finance with 2 to 4 years of experience will be an ideal fit for this position. 
2. Knowledge in Advanced Excel, SQL and visual basic will be preferred.
