Job Description:
1. Provide on call support

2. Production Ticket/Issue Triage

3. Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document

4. Partner with Application team, CCO, L1, Level 3 support teams to resolve the issue

5. Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis

6. Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks

7. Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs

8. Identify root cause in the code, perform break-fix activities in the code and/or DB

9. Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes. If any.

Candidate Profile:
Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc / M.Tech

Experience Range: 2 - 4 yrs

Mandatory Skills:
1. Experience working on java/J2ee

2. Good experience on Spring , Hibernate, Struts

3. Experience working on Oracle/Db2

4. Experience working on UNIX / Linux – Shell scripting, XML parsing, Config Mgmt

5. Hands on experience with L2 / L3 support work load.

Desired Skills:
1. Effective Communication Clear, Concise & Ability to articulate Problem/Solution

2. Should be able to participate or conduct conference calls with tech and business users

3. Experience in Banking Domain is preferred

4. Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

5. Maximo or similar tools for problem/incident management
