Job Description:

1. An established web designer with many years experience who strives for excellence .

2. Experience with working on bespoke ecommerce/CMS web sites

3. Experience working closely with a programming/development team coding ASP.net websites

4. Knowledge of using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and Illustrator

5. Fluent with raw CSS and XHTML coding

6. Standards-based semantic coding using layouts

7. In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques

8. A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team

9. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

10. Knowledge and experience of SEO and web accessibility

11. Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser CSS/XHTML issues

12. Good communication skills are essential for liaising closely with customers and colleagues at the design stage and throughout a project

13. Ability to use initiative and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines
