Job Description:

1. Ability to analyse the opportunity in and risk involved in financing SMEs across sectors in geographic areas assigned

2. Ability to assess industry and geographical dynamics from all relevant angles (demand-supply, input-related risks, profitability, investments, regulation, competitive landscape etc.)

3. Extensive secondary and primary research for obtaining relevant inputs

4. Ability to independently undertake intensive interactions with market participants for sourcing critical information

5. Willingness to travel for industry interaction and build network of sources in critical areas

6. Ability to form hypothesis, validate assumptions, test based on data gathered and write a cogent and logical report

7. Sound knowledge of various banking industry products relevant to SMEs

8. Local market knowledge and language understanding is a pre-requisite

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Employees with previous experience of 2 years in RM side for SME lending of banks

Skills:
1. Ability to connect with and undertake extensive interactions with market participants

2. Strong analytical skills with good awareness about Indian economy and business environment

3. Aptitude for business research

4. Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas

5. Ability to structure and write high-quality reports

6. Strong ppt and excel skills

7. Excellent oral communication and presentation skills (local language knowledge a pre requisite)

8. Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines
